1. Placing Your Order

Thank you for choosing Cookie & Crumb Bakery to sweeten your day! 🍪 All custom cookie orders must be placed through the order form on our website — this helps keep everything organized and ensures your details don’t get lost in messages or DMs.

Orders must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your event date (or the date you need your cookies). This timeline allows enough time to design, bake, and decorate every detail to perfection.

If you need cookies sooner, I’ll always do my best to help — but rush orders are not guaranteed and depend on my schedule. A rush fee will apply for any order requested less than 2 weeks in advance.

Once your online form is submitted, I’ll review the details and respond within 24–48 hours to confirm availability. Please note that submitting the form doesn’t automatically guarantee your order — it simply starts the process so we can make sure your date, design, and flavor requests can be met.


2. Payment

Once we’ve received your order request, you’ll receive a message with all the details and an invoice for payment.


Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving it, and your order isn’t considered confirmed until payment is made. Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 24 hours so that date can be offered to another cookie lover. (We don’t sugarcoat it — payment secures your spot!)


3. Cancellations & Refunds

Every order is baked and decorated just for you, so once payment is received, it becomes non-refundable.


If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before pickup may receive a credit toward a future order. No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of your pickup date.


4. Designs & Colors

Each cookie is handmade with care, which means small variations in color, design, or lettering font can occur. I’ll always match your theme and inspiration as closely as possible, but please allow for the natural charm of a handcrafted cookie — because perfection’s overrated, and “bake-beautiful” is the goal. 🍪


5. Ingredients & Allergies

Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, and dairy, and are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts and soy. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contact, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.


6. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup details will be confirmed once your order is finalized. Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time to ensure your cookies stay fresh and photo-ready!
If you’re running late, send a quick message — I’ll do my best to accommodate.


7. Gift Orders

Sending cookies as a gift? How sweet of you! 💕
Please double-check the recipient’s name, address, and delivery details. Cookie & Crumb Bakery is not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect information.


8. Photos & Sharing

I love showcasing my cookie creations! By placing an order, you’re giving permission for photos of your cookies to be shared on social media or the bakery website.
If you’d prefer to keep your design private (for a surprise reveal, perhaps!), please let me know when ordering.


9. Weather & Emergencies

Life can be unpredictable — from power outages to snowstorms!
If an emergency or severe weather event prevents me from completing your order, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future order.
